Football has many duopolies in the various leagues, where two teams take the top two spots over many years. Even with the English top flight's "more competitive" history, there are eras where two teams are always there or thereabouts.
So - let's say you are "dominant" if you are in the top two (with at least one win in the period) in consecutive seasons. What teams were dominant when?
